FULCRUM & PEDNUTRICON
For fulfilling the objective of education in the medical profession related to the specialty of children and to further its objectives (such as to encourage and advance the knowledge, study and practice of the science of pediatrics in all possible ways, to promote scientific collaboration of its members and also to help institutions organize, establish, conduct, supervise or control directly or indirectly, practice, study and research in conditions of children and adolescents in any of its aspects) multiple Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs were organized and successfully conducted.
FULCRUM –Joint Pediatric Medico-Surgical Conferences: Continuing Medical Education programs for all those who are involved in care of children.
CME in S.P.Jain Auditorium, Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences on the theme of medical and surgical problems and children and how to deal with them in the best way. The topics such as Emergencies, Trauma, Abdominal pain, Interactive session, Quiz for participants, office emergencies for routine practice in pediatrics were taken up and discussed in detail. The participants were general practitioners, pediatricians, students, and pediatric surgeons.
PEDNUTRICON – One day CME in collaboration with Indian Dietetics Association (IDA) in S.P.Jain Auditorium, Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences on the theme of role of NUTRITION in medical and surgical problems and children and how to deal with them in the best way.
